We sincerly apologize for your recent experience, however after reviewing the facts in your file, we found the following discrepancies in your review: 1) We have numerous emails and phone call logs that show that your correspondents never went unanswered and you were provided a lease to review prior to your move in date. 2) We work with 52 units in that community alone and at times a prospect may call in for a unit that has already been leased, the agent may then suggest a similar unit on the property. In your case, you chose a unit after you had visited the property. 3) It clearly states on the application that "Hold Deposits and Application Fees" are non-refundable, because your cancellation was on your actually move in date and the reason was not justified, your deposit was not return. This is a standard practice among many other Licensed Realtors.
